At the center of our story is a family. In the early 1990s, Joaquín “Jack” González opened the doors of a small Italian restaurant in Manhattan. The restaurant moved to its current location at 254 W 47th Street, right in the middle of Broadway's most iconic theaters, and became known as Trattoria Trecolori—a tribute to Italy’s tricolor flag and the values it represents: passion, heritage, and authenticity.

After Jack’s passing, his sons Marco, Victor, and Phil continued his legacy, turning Trecolori into a beloved neighborhood staple and one of the most celebrated Italian restaurants in Midtown NYC.
